We are proud to announce that Rosemary Saurer of Nashville has been chosen as the 2019 recipient of the Barbara Restle Founders Award for her long term service to Sassafras Audubon Society as a Friend of SAS and board member. Rosemary was the driving force behind our spring and fall feeder cleaning fund raising events for many years and served on the board from 2014-2018 as the programs coordinator.
