SAS Talk - Indiana Breeding Warbler

“Indiana’s Breeding Warblers: How and where to find warblers once the migrants are gone”

Wednesday, April 24, 7:00 p.m.
Monroe County Public Library, Room 1B

Once the spring bird migration is over, there are still 18 warbler species that remain to nest in Indiana. Sassafras Audubon Society member and IndiGo Birding Nature Tours guide David Rupp will highlight some of his favorite places to find these beauties, while also giving some tips on behavior, habitat preference, and vocalizations that will increase your chances of finding these birds. This will be an interactive presentation featuring the photography of Scott Evans and other local bird photographers. Free and welcome to all.
